How we work | A brief overview of our design process:

Our full service design starts with a complimentary 30-minute video call to get to know each other. We will give you a quick look at how we work, align on your preliminary budget, timeline and desired scope of work.
Following our discovery call we will schedule an in-depth consultation. During this time we will discuss your aesthetic goals, the spaces you wish to transform, ideas you may have and go over any additional questions.
After we fine tune all of the information gathered, we’ll send you a proposal to review, which breaks down our design fees, timelines and estimated flow of the project. Once the proposal is approved, it’s official, we’re in business.

Now the magic happens! We will schedule a design concept presentation to go over aesthetic direction, color palettes and floor plan options before moving onto material and furniture selections.

Now we dive into the nitty gritty! This is ‘heads down’ time for our team where we will finalize architectural drawings, material selections, and source your unique furnishings and fixtures. We will schedule a design development presentation to discuss and obtain written approval of all selections prior to purchasing.

Next up, ordering and tracking all of the goods. We give regular updates so you’ll always know exactly where your furniture and materials are at any given point. During this time we work closely with your general contractor to ensure all aspects of our design are installed and completed properly.

Ta-daaa! It’s finally here. We schedule a day (or days) for our team to expertly facilitate the installation of all furnishings and styling elements. We curate every detail, placing each piece with purpose. All that’s needed now is a big cheers to your new home. (Don’t worry, we’ll bring the bubbly.)
